BillMcneal : a ver
BillMcneal : i just googled it, i love these but...
BillMcneal : how is this enough?
PauLa : I don´t know drawing
PauLa : what?
BillMcneal : 3 of these is not enough food
PauLa : see? I'm your private clown
PauLa : that wasn't the only food I've eaten today
BillMcneal : you made it sound like it was
BillMcneal : i'll need an awful amount of chocolate tonight
PauLa : I'm having echinacea to increase my inmunity
BillMcneal : tea?
BillMcneal : once you're sick you can either get well, or die, which you won't
BillMcneal : it's a little too late for echinacea :P
BillMcneal : do you have a fever or anything?
PauLa : I didn´t say since when I'm having it
BillMcneal : ah haha
BillMcneal : you don't like coffee?
PauLa : I´m drinking it now, with honey and cinnamon
BillMcneal : coffee + echinacea + honey + cinnamon?
PauLa : echinacea was on the morning
BillMcneal : what a mixture
PauLa : have you heard about "lola" sue?
BillMcneal : yes, but only because i'm reading uru newspapers now
PauLa : jajajaja eres hincha nuestro ahora
BillMcneal : i've decided the only reasonable way to understand reality is to begin from what other people think
PauLa : poor man the one who is in jail
BillMcneal : why?
BillMcneal : well, poor anyone who's in jail, but... is he a perejil?
PauLa : I agree, that´s why you ask me everything
BillMcneal : no, i ask you everything so i don't have to do the thinking :P i trust you
BillMcneal : el cachilo? or something like that
PauLa : un cabeza de turco por la presión de los padres y los medios
BillMcneal : cabeza de turco i got a lot of slang to learn
bob : que es 'perejil'
PauLa : is a person who is blamed just to shut people opinion
PauLa : but is slang
bob : a scapegoat?
BillMcneal : an expert said this guy is a mythomaniac, maybe he's enjoying it (?)
BillMcneal : yes bob
PauLa : they haven't enough proofs
PauLa : anybody HAD to be blamed
PauLa : I believe in the reo's lawyer
BillMcneal : this guy's testimony is incoherent
PauLa : I hope she can do the best
PauLa : that's what the medios say, Bill
PauLa : did you see the expediente?
BillMcneal : well, not just media but the fact he keeps changing his testimony
BillMcneal : of course not, do i look like a lawyer? :P
PauLa : you're learning too fast
BillMcneal : prosecution is not my forte, neither is defense, i can't wrap my head around my own life, let alone these bizarre cases where so much information is missing
BillMcneal : at the same time they're all playing games, like those card games where you have to guess who's dating who
BillMcneal : it's tedious at the very least
PauLa : of course, there are so much information missing
PauLa : you can think using your common sense
BillMcneal : right, so what should we make of any of this
BillMcneal : ok so my common sense says this guy is not to be trusted, no one adds additional detail heard anecdotally from the police when giving testimony in front of a judge
BillMcneal : -did you see what happened?
PauLa : es contundente que luego que los padres presionaron, se cambió el fiscal y ahora luego de casi 5 años hay un culpable
BillMcneal : -no, but i heard this policeman say that...
PauLa : come on
BillMcneal : and? the previous prosecutor may have been quite bad
PauLa : it is a political issue
PauLa : there were several
BillMcneal : maybe they were all bad?
PauLa : because there'nt proofs
PauLa : maybe yes
PauLa : but with "alevosia" omg
PauLa : they can´t prove that
BillMcneal : seriously, if you had to testify, and they asked you if you knew this or that, you wouldn't go "yes, i know it because i saw it" and then backpedal, arguing that you actually didn't see it but heard the police discussing it, it's dumb
BillMcneal : you'd just say you didn't see it and leave it at that
BillMcneal : then i'd believe it he's a total scapegoat
BillMcneal : maybe he is, but then he's asking for it too
PauLa : the guy is a poor man who used to sell stamps on the beach
PauLa : no education
BillMcneal : they say the perfect crime doesn't exist, pff!
PauLa : well............
PauLa : I don´t deny he was with Lola
BillMcneal : yes, i understand he's not the brightest stamp seller, but how did prosecution ask about his involvement? again, if you're asked "did you see it?" then anyone would say "NO" if they didn't; now, if prosecution asked "what happened?" and you just retell what you heard, you can argue prosecution acted poorly
BillMcneal : but i'd have to actually read the interrogation
PauLa : his lawyer didn´t see or read the interrogation yet
BillMcneal : yet?
BillMcneal : justice is slow :P
BillMcneal : justice is not only blind, but also old and very slow
PauLa : si esta nochecita le darán los argumentos de la jueza para apelar
BillMcneal : so complicated
PauLa : I agree, but in same cases
BillMcneal : i don't understand how it's a political move anyway, elections on both sides of the river are on the front cover of all newspapers, these people (both victim and her family, and all suspects) are neither famous nor powerful
PauLa : I can accept omision de asistencia
