394680 BillMcneal : i skipped through it and saw this one position (i'm NEVER going to say asana :P) where she turns her back all the way to the side while keeping one knee up, i kind of do that after espinales, it's quite natural
394681 solanka : once I saw a guy doing..asana, in other words he was sitting upside down with his knees up the head
