280695 Lucky : it is called conscious breathing. Take a deep breath while counting to five then exhale slowly counting until five repeat until calm

280742 Alondra : There was a girl with ADHD doing it with us.. She cried every day because it was hard for her to stay quiet

280744 Anthony : basically i am breathing quietly and then i have urge to move forward a little bit and return to previous position

280746 solanka : I read once that ADHD in fact was invented and most of the reasearch done years later didn't proove the theory
